Five Marks of Mission
1) To proclaim the Good News of the Kingdom.
2) To teach, baptize and nurture new believers.
3) To respond to human need by loving service.
4) To seek to transform unjust structures of society, to challenge violence of every kind and to pursue peace and reconciliation.
5) To strive to safeguard the integrity of creation and renew the life of the earth.

May: We made "pinwheels for peace". They will be saved over the Summer and we will display them outside our Church on UN International Day of Peace, September 21st. If you haven't made one yet, the instructions are on our bulletin board. Get creative and have fun! Look for pinwheels in front of our church
On Memorial Day we visited cemeteries to place flags, with Father George reminding us that we celebrate our Lord's Ascension on Sunday at St. Andrew's.
Lemonade Day ! - On May 20th we had our first Lemonade Stand at the Annual Flower Sale.
United Thanks Offering (UTO) - We placedUTO Boxeson the window shelves in the Narthex. We are collecting donations to help the needy through Nov. 23rd (Thanksgiving). Back in 2014, UTO sent money to New Orleans to help build a senior center after Hurricane Katrina destroyed so many of the elderly houses. Reminder: Count your blessings by dropping coins/dollars into your boxes for each blessing and bring your boxes to Church beforeThanksgiving! Help us bless others & Thank you !
